Membership
Membership in the LNF requires a donation of $100 or more. Membership privileges
include participating and voting at annual meetings, electing directors, and
receiving the Foundation's publications.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors (presently 13
members) elects its Chairperson and Officers, the President of the Foundation,
confirms the Executive Committee and forms all essential committees. The bylaws
list the duties of the Board and the Executive Committee.
